Birth
Hatchlings aren't very social with their father at this stage, they mainly want their mother's attention. This can quickly turn back when the mother doesn't give them want, they want. She will only give her attention to her strongest and will leave the weakest to fend for itself. This usually means abandonment or letting it scavenge off them until sub adult.
Juvenile
Once hatchlings become juvies, life only becomes harder. They will meet their father at this stage and learn what he smells like. The mother will be wary of the father, as he controls the entire family as the Patriarch. Once the juvie offspring meet him, the father will take them to hunt avas, oros, tacos, and if they are bold enough velos. Juvies will need to learn quickly, or the mother's attention fades away from them.
Solitary
Gigas may flee the scene if an apex pair strolls up, they will take no chances unless they are in a pair. However, if they are to come across a lone giga as the same gender and bloody fight will break out and we all know that there is only one survivor. (edited) Courtship
When female gigas come into season, she will wonder around the map and broadcast. She knows this is a very dangerous tactic, but it gives her results. If a male responds to her, she will quickly find him and show her colors and submit to him. If a female is not to his expectations, he will be aggressive and almost instantly attack her. If the male likes the female, he will allow her by his side and watch her every move. The female will have to make kills that are up on his bar expectations, if she doesn't it will not end well. Once accepted the pair will find territory and either claim it or take it over. Once the babies hatch from her nest, she will be wary of the male. As he might attempt to eat them, so the female will watch them very closely at times. If a lone female comes across the pair, she may try to kill the female in private and then present herself as the stronger female than the last one. If the lone is spotted by both of them, then both genders will attack. However, if the males notice the fight only after the lone female attacked. He will stand by and watch as he would want the stronger female. Parental Hood
Once the babies hatch, the female will attempt to herd them away from the male. Then after a while, she will leave them to survive on their own. However, she will bring the strongest offspring food meanwhile the other weak ones may scavenge after the strongest eats. Males will only attempt to eat his offspring in the hatchling stage, as he sees them as nothing but small snacks. If the mother dies, then the father will certainly eat the weaker offspring and let the strongest ones run away in fear.
Inhabitants
everywhere bro
Hierarchy Alpha male
Pack Mentality
Experienced Giga pairs are very coordinated when hunting, fresh Giga pairs are not team based and will hunt alone unless it is an apex herbivore or carnivore. Males will often be the ones to lead, the females only follow the male hoping that he won't leave her in the dust. Males are known to take away kills from females if he is too hungry. Females are the bees of their species; they will work themselves to death to please their male.
